A few weeks have passed since Labelexpo Europe 2025 in Barcelona and we are still very happy about how well the event went.

Our booth was busy every day and it was great to reconnect with familiar faces and meet many new people.
We are especially proud that five machines were sold during the show.

Following the successful Factory Acceptance Test, the Site Acceptance Test (SAT) at LANGE AG in Urdorf has now also been completed successfully. The FLEXOR 440IS – a fully servo-driven inspection, slitting, and rewinding machine – performed flawlessly under real production conditions.

Equipped with a state-of-the-art inspection camera, inkjet coding system, and semi-automatic turret rewinder, it meets the highest standards for precision and efficiency – ideal for the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries.

We are pleased to support LANGE AG with this powerful inspection solution.

At our facility in Tuszyn, the FLEXOR 440IS inspection machine was successfully accepted from our customer, LANGE AG. This fully servo-driven machine is specifically designed for 100% inspection, cutting, and rewinding in the label industry – ideal for the high standards of the pharmaceutical and cosmetics sectors.

Equipped with a state-of-the-art inspection camera from Eye-C, an inkjet unit from Rea-Jet for continuous coding, a cutting unit with quick-change cassette, and a servo-driven dual semi-turret rewinder, the FLEXOR 440IS delivers maximum precision and efficiency at speeds of up to 250 m/min.

Transport to Switzerland, as well as installation and commissioning at the Urdorf site, are already being prepared. We are proud to support LANGE AG with this powerful inspection solution.
